We look at where your business is and which package fits. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you.
2. Financial Foundation Setup
In your first 30 days we connect your accounts, clean up your chart of accounts, and set your monthly close calendar.
3. Every month after
Your books close on schedule, your reports land in your portal, and you know exactly where the money went.
Fair questions
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Your books live in your own QuickBooks Online account, so you always own your data. If you're on something else, we'll help you move during setup.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as your accountant user in QuickBooks Online and Gusto, and you connect your own bank feeds. We never ask for bank logins.
What does the $497 setup cover?
Your portal, your QuickBooks and Gusto connections, a chart of accounts cleanup, your monthly close calendar, and a baseline review of your numbers. It's waived on GPS and on annual prepay.
What if my books are a mess right now?
That's common. Catching up prior months or years isn't part of the monthly package. We'll quote it separately, up front, before any work starts.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. It's month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice by email.
How do I reach you?
Email, text or your client portal. We reply within 48 hours, and within 24 hours during tax season (January 15 to April 15).
